Happy Birthday SRK!

Hey Readers,

Hope you all are well. Today, I am going to go straight into the post and as you can guess it is dedicated to SRK.

First of all, I would like to wish Shah Rukh Khan a very very Happy Birthday! I pray to God that he has eternal happiness and success.

We all know a great amount of SRK, he is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood, possibly the biggest star in Bollywood. From starting in theatre, to a flourishing career in TV and then hitting megastardom in Bollywood, he has been an inspiration for those who have dreams that they want to fulfil.

Last year, we saw the big success of Chak De India and Om Shanti Om! This year, I am sure we are going to see the blockbuster in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

I want to go straight into the Promo that released today on the King's birthday! What a promo! It has blockbuster written all over it. From the start, we can see that SRK is playing a simple guy, he rides a scooter and then soon as Anushka turns around and shows her face then wow! You are hit with a SRK that is energetic and 'in love' guy. He jumps, dances, his expressions are in total bliss. He does it with such ease, but to make a simple guy look so good, well he is SRK! Anushka, I just want to say this to the guys and to the girls as well, but she is a natural beauty. I really like her features, she is one of those girls you would love to show your mother. She is elegant and sweet. I am looking forward to her performance. Then in the promo we see SRK wearing a white kurta pyjama and puts the sindoor on Anushka, a very tiny one. They both look hesitant, so Anushka gets the red colour and puts it on his face. SRK's expression is amazing! Let's give SRK some credit for doing the whole sequence in one shot at the market! It may look easy but it is quite difficult to be so free-flowing in a song!

The song shows that our indian traditional culture is just as beautiful. Look, how good Anushka looks in her salwar kameez! All I am saying to the people of India is be proud of your heritage and that is the same with any of us with an indian background. Forget just Indian, just do not forget your own heritage and be proud of it.

Well, I would say the promo is excellent, the music is simply brilliant, its traditional and I like that. I really do believe Yash Raj have got it right with this movie. The soundtrack is up for release on the 6th November. If you have not watched the promo yet, just click here.

Hope you enjoy the promo! Once again, Happy Birthday to SRK, who turned 43 today! God bless you!

Lots of love,
Rahul N. Singh
